Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Eitanium mobile application ("the App"), developed by Eitan Arbel ("I", "me"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License to Use

I grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal Android device for your own entertainment. This license does not include:

• Modifying, reverse-engineering, or decompiling the App
• Distributing or reselling the App or any part of it
• Using the App for any commercial purpose without my written permission

2. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases (Gold packs, Remove Ads). All purchases are processed by Google Play Billing and are governed by Google's terms of service. I am not a party to your payment transaction.

Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact Google Play support directly. Virtual items (Gold) have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

3. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including puzzle logic, graphics, sounds, text, and code — is owned by Eitan Arbel and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without my explicit written permission.

4. User Conduct

The App is for personal, lawful use only. You agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, modify, or tamper with the App
• Use the App in any way that could damage or impair its operation
• Circumvent any features designed to limit access to content (such as ad-gating)

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. I make no guarantees that the App will be available at all times, free of bugs, or meet your specific requirements. Use of the App is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of virtual items, or device damage.

7. Changes to the App and Terms

I may update the App or these Terms at any time. Significant changes to the Terms will be communicated through an update to this page. Continued use of the App after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.
